Osem Trading Company - unleashing the Power of the group
	On January 1st 2004, Osem’s commercial structure entered a new era following merger of the marketing and distribution systems of the majority of the companies in the Osem group that is part of the Osem Trade Group. This allows the Osem group to utilize its greatest advantage to better serve the customer, to become more efficient, to specialize, and to prepare for future changes in the food market. Implementation of this wide-reaching shift brings Osem into line with Nestlé’s most advanced facilities throughout the world.

Sabra Salads
	Sabra Salads Co. was set up in 1985. The company manufactures ready-made salads and spreads, including humous, tahini, eggplant salad, etc. In 1997, Osem acquired 51% of Sabra Salads’ shares, and completed the acquisition in October 2000 through Tivall Ltd., an Osem subsidiary. Following Osem’s acquisition of Sabra Salads, it gave the go-ahead to make comprehensive changes that touched on nearly every area of activity in the plant

Migdanot Habait - Ready-Made Cakes
	The Habait Ready-Made Cakes factory (Migdanot Habyit Ltd.) was set up in 1984 by Avi Ben Haim and Zamir Harel, both third generation members in a family of bakers. They envisioned creating an industrial production line to produce cakes with the flavor of home baking as they anticipated that the food market would, as in many areas, shift towards good-quality ready-made products

Tivall
	Members of Kibbutz Lochamei Hageta’ot set up the Tivall Min Hatsomeach (1993) Ltd in 1985. The company specializes in the development and production of vegetarian meat-substitute products made from natural ingredients, as well as ready meals and snacks, all of which are also made from natural ingredients.

Of Tov
	The Of Tov factory (Of Tov Products 2001), located in the town of Beit Shean, was established in 1993 by Jordan Valley agricultural settlements and was part of an abattoir operating in the area. In 1995, Osem acquired 50% of the factory through Tivol. The factory produces frozen chicken and turkey products, schnitzels, nuggets, frozen meat products, smoked meat products, pastrami, and hot dogs, etc. In 1998, Osem merged Of Tov with the Hod Lavan factory, and the new company now sells its products under two leading brand names–Of Tov and Hod Lavan.

Nestle Ice Creams
	The Nestlé Ice Cream Company was established in 1996 when Nestlé and Osem acquired 50% of Snowcrest and Teneh Noga Ice Creams which were, at the time, owned by Tnuva. This acquisition marked the beginning of a new era in Israel’s ice cream market. After three years of production in the veteran ice cream factories–Snowcrest in Petach Tikvah, and Teneh Noga in Kiryat Malachi–a decision was made to build a new factory in Kiryat Malachi and to consolidate the activities of both companies in the one location.

Beit Hashitah
	Beit Hashitah is the leading pickle factory in Israel. Since its establishment in 1938, the factory has constantly developed and the brand Beit Hashitah has become synonymous with pickle quality and variety.

Nestlé-Purina
	The house pet market in Israel covers about 300,000 homes with dogs and about 120,000 homes with cats. Nestlé-Purina offers a variety of nearly 200 items which can meet every need of every cat and dog in the country. This is the only company that provides a response to all the market requirements and that operates through all marketing channels including veterinary clinics, pet shops, breeders, boarding kennels and catteries, supermarket chains, private retailers and DYI stores.

Osem UK
	To date, Osem UK is the leading importer and distributor of kosher foods, and one of the leading companies in the marketing and distribution of special ethnic foods throughout the British Isles.

Osem USA
	Osem Ltd. is the leading exporter of kosher goods to the United States. Osem USA, its subsidiary (100% ownership) in the U.S. is considered to be the number one importer of food products from Israel, and runs a strong and well-organized marketing operation.

Asamim
	Asamim Gift Packs Ltd. is an Osem subsidiary that specializes in offering professional gift pack solutions. Osamim incorporates the strength of the Osem brand, the wide variety of the group’s product range, the professionalism and operational efficiency of the company and entrepreneurial originality which has turned Osamim into a leader in the gift pack market in Israel.
