Sabra Salads launches the new series " King of Hummus " with extra-large authentic toppings, inspired by leading hummus specialists. The series includes three products: hummus Ali Sultan with hummus grains and red peppers topping, hummus Abu Karim with hummus grains and spicy pepper topping and the Great Samir's masabacha with a lot of soft grains.

This line of salads was the product of a winning strategy that used traditional recipes, ingredients of the highest quality such as baladi eggplant, and old-fashion production methods. The King of Hummus is a series of authentic hummus similar in taste and texture to the hummus sold in hummus shops. The series boasts three products:
Great Samir Hummus, Abu Ramzi Hummus, and Abu Marwan Hummus.
In an earnest attempt to glean the secrets of the flavor and preparation of real hummus, a team of marketing personnel and food technologists made its rounds through the country, visiting 35 authentic hummus shops. The challenge was to create a product of the caliber and flavor of authentic hummus – with a 30 day shelf life. Following an extended development process, the series was launched in 2003.
