Financial statements
Being a public company traded on the stock exchange, Osem Investment Ltd. is required to publish its financial statements These statements include, among other things, a delineation of the financial development of the corporation’s business operations, its corporate activity, investments in the corporation’s capital, shares transactions, a description of the corporation’s affairs by field of operation, and general matters relating to the group’s activities such as customers, marketing and distribution, order backlog, property and facilities, research and development, the forecast for the upcoming year, and more.
