Clinical Dietitian and Head of Nutrition in Osem-Nestle.
Orly joined Osem with the belief and recognition that nutritional-scientific guidance of processes for the development and improvement of products, from the preliminary stages, not only promotes nutritional awareness but also has a proven positive effect on health.
Orly has been a clinical dietitian since 1993, holds an MSc in Nutrition, specializing in pediatric nutrition and a CRA Certificate and is a member of the Atid Association’s children forum and industry forum.
In 1993, she began her career as a clinical dietitian in the public sector alongside her private practice. Orly also held lectures for professional and amateur athletes as part of her activity in various competitive sports associations.
In 1998 she joined Materna as a medical representative dietitian and in 2005 she was appointed as Matern’a Regulatory and Scientific Manager. As part of her duties, Orly accompanied processes for the development and improvement of products, was in charge of regulation, conducted employee training and represented the Company in the media.
At the beginning of 2014, Orly was appointed as Head of Nutrition at Osem-Nestle, among others, for the purpose of strengthening the links between the industry and nutrition professionals, such as dietitians, physicians, educators and others. Within this framework, she also undertook to accompany, advance and develop wellness products and Company-wide processes, realizing that a cooperation between the industry and professionals yields higher-quality and more nutritionally balanced products for the food industry in general and
for consumers in particular.
Dorit started her career as a clinical dietitian in the Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center, where she accumulated experience as a pediatric and adult dietitian. She took part in nutrition vocational education instruction as well as in a joint school-intervention project of Hadassah Ein Kerem and the Jerusalem Municipality that addressed adolescent nutrition.
Alongside her work at the hospital, she provided services to Meuhedet Health Services and combined work in the community with personal nutritional consulting. She further expanded the scope of her activities by providing professional guidance to a major Israeli chain of cafes.
Dorit joined Osem Group with the belief that a stronger cooperation between the food industry and dietitians is crucial for the advancement of nutrition in Israel. Dorit is a member of Atid Association’s industry forum and provides guidance in processes for the development and improvement of products in Osem Group in line with the policy of Nestle International and in cooperation with the technology and marketing teams.
Talya started her career as a clinical dietitian in the Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center, where she accumulated experience as dietitian in internal medicine wards, took part in vocational education instruction within the internal medicine wards, presented nutrition lectures to various audiences, including medical students, as well as to Israeli and foreign outside guests of the hospital and participated in an intervention study that was carried out in the maternity ward. Alongside her work at the hospital, Talya provided personal nutrition consulting in the Holmes Place chain of gyms.
Talya joined Osem Group with the belief that the role of dietitians in the food industry is crucial to maintaining the health of the public. For her, it provides a vantage point for steering the community towards a healthier lifestyle, by guiding processes for the development and improvement of products while taking into consideration the demands of the consumers and of nutrition professionals in Israel.
